The Globus tea house is a very special space and I will fully prepare the tea ceremony. Tea ceremony is one of the best ways to learn about Japanese culture and manners. I will serve a delicious hand made Japanese sweet and green tea/ Matcha and I will explain about the tea history, spiritual, life, and Japanese tea culture.

Globus Washitsu continues its "Matcha Outreach" that we started over 5 years ago. With weekly scheduled lessons and frequent demonstrations to school groups, institutions, and individuals. This time, Keiko Kitazawa Koch was educating non Japanese folks on "The Way of Tea." Many thanks to her and to those who attended.
